This textile showcases one of the renowned Nishijinori weaving techniques known as Tsuzureori and is perfect for pictorial expression. The greater the attention given to colors and texture, the more closely the textile resembles a painting. Drawing inspiration from the horizon at night, this piece captures the subtle shimmers of the night sky using black Lamé threads. To depict the colors of the water's surface fading toward the horizon, innumerable stages of gradations are employed.
